This transformational process has been designed to support purpose-driven executive coaches, HR/OD practitioners and leaders engaged in work that matters in the world. Our experience together will be grounded in ancient wisdom, Integral Psychology, The Leadership Circle™, experiential / somatic work, mindfulness practices, and Love.
The only pre-requisite is completion of a Leadership Circle Profile and debrief at least 30 days prior to the retreat. Profiles completed up to 7 years prior to the retreat will be accepted.
All participants receive a pre-retreat coaching session with Peggy, and two follow up virtual group sessions following the retreat.
